STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY

Next day delivery anywhere in Ireland provided orders are received by us before 17:00pm and we have the stock.

Please note that a few special furniture products require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail of the alternative delivery date. These items may also incur an additional delivery charge, of which you will be notified by e-mail, before the order is processed.

DELIVERY CHARGES

For orders of €60 and over in value: Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE.

For orders under €60 in value: Delivery will cost €5 (Both charges exclude VAT).

RETURNS

We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from www.officemaster.ie with the exception of products marked as non-returnable and furniture items.

We reserve the right to charge a returns handling fee.

All goods must be unused, in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and request for return made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Please notify us within 7 days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

We will credit the card or account we have on file for you.

BACK ORDERS

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.

Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.

If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.
